Domestic Shipping Charges

For domestic shipments weighing under 500 grams, we charge a flat fee of 100 INR. This fee covers the basic shipping cost and is applicable to all eligible orders. Please note that if your order requires special packing or handling due to its nature or packaging requirements, additional handling charges may apply. These extra fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Local/Self Pickup

Enjoy the convenience of local pickup or self-collection at our office, store, or warehouse with absolutely no additional charge!

No Refund on Shipping Charges

We want to make our shipping process as straightforward as possible. Therefore, please be aware that all shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance. This policy applies regardless of whether the package is delivered successfully, returned, or if there were issues encountered during transit. We encourage you to double-check your order details before confirmation to avoid any inconveniences.

Chargeable Costs on Delivery or Return

When placing an order, please consider that all shipping costs must be settled upon delivery or return of the items. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns or exchanges, regardless of the reason for the return. We recommend that you review our return policy prior to placing your order to ensure you understand any potential costs involved.

Customer Responsibility

We advise our customers to provide accurate shipping information to avoid unnecessary delays or reshipping costs. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, all associated shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Options & Delivery
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at
checkout.
Some Product/Device/item/material/service will be free shipping, Some will be shipping charge -you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Store/Warehouse self pickup by customer there will be no shipping charge.
Domestic shipping rates: below 500 grams at INR 100 + if packaging charge applicable as per packet size and weight will be applicable – you will be asked to our customer care.
Order Processing Time: All orders placed before 11 AM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the 1-2 day for a small order and large or high value 3 -5 days, all orders placed after will be dispatched within the time period. All orders placed during the weekend or on
a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on <Track order>
