- Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final.
- Promo and Discount Codes: No refunds will be issued for any coupon codes, promo codes, or discount codes that have been redeemed.
- Digital Products: All downloadable software, drivers, digital products, and digital courses are final upon access or partial completion. Once downloaded, these items cannot be returned.
- Printer Supplies: Items such as card print ribbons and printer inks are non-refundable once opened/Seal opened/Used/not i original conditional.
- Digital Support and Installation Services: Any digital support services or installation services accessed are not eligible for a refund.
- Aadhaar Devices: Devices including GPS and biometric units fall into non-refundable categories.(if any issue directly contact to Manufacturer/OEM)
- Renewals: Any renewals of services, such as RD renewals, are final and will not be refunded.
- Customizable Products: Products tailored to specific customer requests are non-refundable.
- Training and Educational Services: Enrollment in courses (online or offline) that have been accessed or attended is considered final and non-refundable.
- Printable Items: Once any printable item is downloaded or printed, it is not eligible for a refund or cancellation.
- Shipping/Freight/courier charge will not refundable.
