Documents Required:
- Vehicle RC (Registration Certificate).
- Pan/Aadhaar Card.
- Voter Card.
- Driving License.
- Passport.

Fastag Charges & Instructions
Charges
- ₹200 service charge by SureEase.
- ₹300 separate recharge:
- ₹100 usable as toll wallet balance.
- ₹200 held as refundable security.
Important Instructions
- This is a Class 4 Fastag — IHMCL certified.
- For Car / Jeep / Van category only.
- Multiple IDs (Aadhar, RC, owner ID) mandatory.
- Active mobile number & email required for OTP.
- Vehicle must be physically available at the center.
- Confirm charges before applying.
- Existing Fastag on your vehicle number must not be active, suspended, or blacklisted.

If any existing Fastag is active on your vehicle, you cannot issue a new Fastag on the same number until the old one is closed.
👉 Contact your existing Fastag provider (bank/issuer) via customer care helpline, branch or email request to deactivate and close the old tag account.
Once it’s fully closed in their system and reflected as ‘inactive’ or ‘closed’ on the NETC portal, you can proceed for a new Fastag issuance.
