Cancellation Post Dispatch
Once your order is packed, ready to dispatch (RTD), or has already been dispatched, the cancellation process changes. If you choose to cancel at this stage, you may incur additional charges. These charges cover the following:
- Packaging costs
- Ready-to-dispatch fees
- Dispatching expenses
- Courier fees
- Payment gateway transaction charges (3.5% on txn value)

Non-Cancellation and Non-Refundable Items

- Renewals (e.g., RD renewals): Renewals of services are considered final and will not be refund.
- Online Assistance and Support Services: If accessed or partially completed, these services cannot be refunded.
- Customizable Products: Items that are tailored specifically to a customer’s request will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Training and Educational Services: Any courses or training (online/offline) that have been accessed or attended are final will be refund.
To ensure clarity, if you have accessed or partially completed any digital content, courses, or services, cancellation will not be permitted. Furthermore, any product or device that has been used, activated, or is not in its original condition will also fall under the non-refundable category.
